It has been responsible for establishing its outstanding campus, for providing it with the best available resources and highly-qualified academic and administrative staff to ensure its good performance.

Established in 2002, Al-Nibras Company is a shareholding company and is the founder of the University of Kalamoon. Its field of work includes the establishment of private universities, opening branches for them inside and outside of the Syrian Arab Republic, administering its finances and following it up, for the good of the University, educationally and financially (in accordance with the Legislative Decree no. 36, dated 16/8/2002).
